The organization's geographic boundaries are: North: Cub Hill Road/Northwind Road South: I-695/Rt.43 East: Walther Boulevard/Fergusen Road/Simms Road West: Old Harford Road from Ellis to Cub Hill

The Carney area is located in eastern Baltimore County, just north of the Baltimore Beltway. Commute time to the downtown area is approximately 15 minutes. The Carney area is home to approximately 15,000 residents. Schools in the area include: Carney Elementary, Pine Grove Elementary, Harford Hills Elementary, Pine Grove Middle, Parkville Middle and Parkville High.
Residents of Carney enjoy some of the best in shopping in the Baltimore area with retail stores located in: Perring Plaza, North Plaza , Satyr Hill Shopping Center and White Marsh Mall.
Recreation is close at hand with area parks such as: Belmont, Graham Memorial, Double Rock and Gunpowder Falls State Park.
