My position as a member of the East Joppa Road Corridor Plan (advisory committee) seems to be in question by a citizen ... . For clarification, I pay property taxes on a Joppa Road home. My siblings and I own this property in Carney and my brother has lived there continuously for 53 years.

Our home is directly across the street from the Country Plant Store and the proposed Greenhouse Place development. These commercial enterprises definitely have a negative impact on our ability to market our property for a residence. In light of above, I certainly do have every right to be a member of this community plan.
